From Atlanta: Take I-85 South to Exit 6. Turn right on the Eastern Boulevard (US-80/US-231) and continue for 2.5 miles. Turn left at Plantation Way and continue on Lagoon Park Drive. Lagoon Park will be 0.5 miles on your right.
From Birmingham: Take I-65 South to Exit 173 and continue on the Northern Boulevard for 8.5 miles. Turn right at Plantation Way and continue on Lagoon Park Drive. Lagoon Park will be 0.5 miles on your right.
From Mobile: Take I-65 North to Exit 171 (I-85 North) toward Atlanta. Stay on I-85 North to Exit 6 (US-231/US-80 East ramp to Gunter AFB/Wetumpka). Bear right at Eastern Boulevard and continue for 3 miles. Turn left at Plantation Way and continue on Lagoon Park Drive. Lagoon Park will be 0.5 miles on your right.
Kid's Tennis Clinic & Carnival
On Saturday, February 24, 2024, a free introduction to tennis with tons of fun and games will be held at Lagoon Park from 9:00-10:00 a.m. for all kids, ages 10 and under (registration starts at 8:45 a.m.).
Children will be led through basic introduction to tennis skills by local tennis pros. Clinic includes prizes and FREE Blue Bell Ice Cream. Racquets are provided and reservations are not required. Carnival to follow 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. with games, face painting, balloon art, popcorn, cotton candy and more! Our event is sponsored by The Vance Law Firm and Dr. Steve and Arla Chandler.
No reservation required and the clinic is open to all experience levels. Stay after and watch the college teams compete!
